How can I book a stay?

You can book in three ways: on Booking.com and Airbnb (search for Agriturismo La Curtis), by filling out the form on our contact page, or by writing to us by email or WhatsApp.

Where is Agriturismo La Curtis?

We are in Montalto delle Marche (AP), at Contrada Lago 120, in the heart of the Marche countryside.

Are the apartments independent?

Accepted Answer

Yes, every apartment is fully independent, with a private entrance, bathroom and kitchen. Some also have their own private garden.

Do you serve breakfast?

Accepted Answer

No, we do not currently offer breakfast service. The apartments are equipped with a full kitchen so you can prepare meals in complete autonomy.

Is there a restaurant on site?

No, we do not run an in-house restaurant. We will gladly recommend trattorias and local restaurants where you can taste Marche cuisine.

Do you accept dogs and pets?

Unfortunately we are not able to accept pets on the property, for reasons of management and respect for other guests.

Is the farm house suitable for children?

Yes. We have farm animals, an educational kitchen garden, outdoor games and wide, safe spaces where children can play freely.

Yes, Wi-Fi is available free of charge throughout the property.

How far is the farm house from the sea?

We are about 20 minutes by car from the Adriatic, with free and serviced beaches in Cupra Marittima, Pedaso, Grottammare and San Benedetto del Tronto.

How far is the farm house from the mountains?

We are less than 30 minutes from the Sibillini Mountains, perfect for hiking, trekking, day trips and unspoilt nature.

What can I do in the surrounding area?

Accepted Answer

You can visit historic villages like Offida, Ripatransone and Montalto, trek through hills and vineyards, explore the coast, the mountains and the local wineries. Feel free to ask us for tips and itineraries, or discover everything on our Itineraries page.

Which payment methods do you accept?

We accept bank transfers and online bookings through Booking and Airbnb, which include credit and prepaid cards.
